This is an air-conditioned 1st floor apartment. It is situated in a secure complex on the sea front along a 5 km promenade with full sea views.  

The apartment accommodates seven people in four bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed is en suite with a bath and shower and has an air conditioner.  The second and 3rd bedroom each has 2 single beds with air conditioners while the second bedroom is en-suite . There is a 4th bedroom that has a single bed that is also air conditioned and is serviced with a bathroom with a shower.

Lounge and dining room is air conditioned. There is a safe in the unit for your use.  The open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezers, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.  The spacious dining room/lounge area has a TV with DSTV and leads through a sliding door onto a huge well furnished balcony with a gass braai.

There is a communal swimming pool in the complex with a lock up garage for one vehicle.  Gate access is by remote control and the apartment is burglar proofed.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your own dish cloths & beach towels.
