The living area and main bedroom lead out onto a spacious furnished balcony with a Weber- and Gass braai. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage for your use. 

The Driftwood complex is situated within walking distance of our “Ballito Village” which is flourishing with new restaurants, and shops. There are a tennis court and swimming pool and a communal braai area in this secure complex. An automated double lock-up garage that leads into the apartment, as well as extra guest parking is available for your use in the complex. 

Situated on the southern side of the complex the two back bedrooms as well as the lounge/dining room also got sea views.
