Description

This 1st Floor apartment has a ground floor entrance, with no stairs from parking. The complex is situated right on the main swimming beach of Ballito. The unit has breaker sea views, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores.  It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls. 

The main bedroom has a queen size bed as well as en suite bathroom with a bath and shower and leads out onto the patio. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom also has a shower and a bath.  The unit has ceiling fans throughout.

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery to serve 6 people. The lounge with TV and HP DSTV, and Uncapped WiFi, also leads out onto the furnished patio with a Weber braai. There is an inverter installed to make your stay even more comfortable during loadshedding which will operate some lights, fans and tv but not the other appliances.

There is undercover parking for one vehicle only. The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access gates. You will always want to come back to this apartment.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

For weekend bookings there will be no floor services on the Saturday.

Linen will be provided, please bring your own bath-, beach-, and kitchen towels.
