8 The Bay

Description

This 1st floor apartment is right on the sea between the main beach and the well-known Grannies pool where it is very safe for children to swim. The unit has beautiful sea views from the lounge and two of the bedrooms.

The apartment sleeps six people in three bedrooms, which all have ceiling fans in. The main bedroom is en suite with a bath and shower, and has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and private balcony, and the third bedroom has two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower service the two other bedrooms.

The newly renovated open plan kitchen is well equipped with stove, fridge/freezer and microwave, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The comfortably furnished lounge and dining room opens onto the balcony. There is no DSTV decoder but a Smart TV with DSTV Now, Netflix and YouTube which you can watch by using your own login details. There is also a ceiling fan in the lounge.

The apartment is very safe and secured with burglar proofing.

There is a communal braai area in the complex garden. There is undercover parking for one vehicle and open parking for guests.  Access to the complex is by remote control. 

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your own dish towels, bath towels & beach towels.
