Description

This 1st floor unit is situated in a very popular complex on the Ballito beachfront, with stunning panorama breaker sea views. The complex has direct access to the promenade and Clarke Bay swimming beach. There are lifeguards on duty, as well as a tidal pool close by.

The apartment has modern finishes and three lovely bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans. The main bedroom with queen bed is en-suite with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk bed, and the third has a double bed. The second bathroom has a bath and shower.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. The dining room seats 6 people, and the lounge is comfortably furnished with a smart TV and free uncapped Wi-Fi. These areas lead out onto a vast balcony with lots of seating and lounging area with a Weber braai. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage right at the back door.

Driftwood complex is situated within walking distance of our “Ballito Village” which is flourishing with new restaurants, a renovated Spar and Tops @ Spar, pharmacy, and health shop. There is a tennis court and swimming pool and a communal braai area in this secure complex. An automated lock-up garage that leads into the apartment, as well as extra guest parking is available in the complex.

From the lock-up garage, there is half a flight of stairs to the unit, so this unit is not suitable for wheelchairs. Situated on the northern side of the complex the two back bedrooms as well as the lounge/dining room area do get afternoon sun during the winter.
