Description

This ground floor (lower ground level entrance), three bedroom apartment is situated right on the main swimming beach of Ballito. The unit has breaker sea views, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.

The main bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower, that leads out onto the patio. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. The guest bathroom has a bath and shower. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, as well as the lounge. A lock up safe is available for your use.

The apartment is equipped with a stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, snackwicher, iron, crockery and cutlery to serve 6 people. The lounge with TV and HP DSTV, leads out onto the furnished patio with a braai. The unit is secured with trellidoors at the back of the unit, as well as an alarm system for the front.

There is undercover parking for one vehicle only. The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access gates. You will always want to come back to this apartment.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. For weekend bookings there will be no floor services on the Saturday. Linen and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own beach-, and kitchen towels.
