This 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the top floor, in a very popular complex on the Ballito beachfront. The Clarke Bay swimming beach is directly in front of the complex and is protected by shark nets and life guards, and there is also a tidal pool close by. This unit overlooks the complex's swimming pool and has excellent sea views.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms. The main and 2nd bedrooms have double beds. The 3rd has two sets of bunk beds. One full bathroom with a bath and another bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. There is ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge offers a TV with HP DSTV. The unit is also fitted with Trellidors for extra security.

The Sandpiper Bay complex is within a minutes? walk of a shops, restaurants and pubs. The complex is secured with remote controlled gates and you have a basement parking. This apartment is not suitable for wheel chairs as you do have stairs up to the unit. There is no lift in the complex.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your own dish towels, bath towels & beach towels.
