Description

This newly renovated and modern 3 (three) bedroom, 3rd (third) floor apartment is situated on the beach with 180° sea views and direct beach access.  There is a lift to all the floors. The well-known grannies pool is in front of the apartment, where it is safe for children to swim.

The apartment can sleep maximum 6 (six) people.  The main bedroom and the second bedroom each have a queen-size bed each and the third bedroom has 2 (two) single beds.  The main bedroom has a TV and a door leading onto the patio/balcony.  There are 2 (two) bathrooms, the main bedroom is en suite with a shower, and the second bathroom has a bath and shower.  Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and remote.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob/extractor fan, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.  The kitchen has a separate scullery/laundry, which is fully equipped with a double sink/basin, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen island serves as a dining area.  The open plan lounge area has a TV with full DSTV, Netflix, Showmax and Disney+, a ceiling fan (plus remote) and opens onto a furnished balcony (an outside dining area) with a Weber gas braai.

The unit has Wi-Fi.

The complex has a swimming pool, as well as communal braai facilities.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
