This three bedroom apartment is situated right on the main swimming beach of Ballito. The unit has sea views, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores.  It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.  

The main bedroom with extra length queen bed and en suite with shower, bath, bidet and urinal, leads out onto the balcony. The second and third bedrooms both have two extra length single beds. The second bathroom also has a bath and shower. A lock up safe and hair dryer is also available. There are Airconditioners in the bedrooms only. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan and iron. Crockery and cutlery are provided. The dining area seats six people comfortably. The lounge has a TV with HP DSTV and uncapped Wi-Fi. There is a small inverter for your convenience. The balcony has a charcoal braai and a plastic patio set. 

There is undercover parking for one vehicle only.  The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access gates. You will always want to come back to this apartment. 

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

For weekend bookings there will be no floor services on the Saturday.

Linen will be provided, please bring your own bath-, beach-, and kitchen towels.
