This newly renovated, air conditioned 3-bedroom apartment is situated right on the beach with magnificent beach and sea views. The complex is situated on the 3 km long promenade that is a favourite for long morning or afternoon strolls. 

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The main bedroom with a queen size bed has an en-suite with a bath, toilet and basin and leads onto the patio through a sliding door.  The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a double bed.  Both front bedrooms have beautiful sea views. A Second bathroom with a double size shower service these two rooms. The main bedroom and lounge have air conditioners, and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is an electronic safe in the unit for your use. 

The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, air-fryer and good quality cutlery and crockery to serve six people.  The unit also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.  There is a comfortably furnished lounge that has a TV with DSTV and uncapped Wi-Fi. 

Undercover parking for one vehicle is provided in this very secure complex.  There is also open parking for visitors and trailers.  There are braai facilities in a lovely garden setting near the swimming pool. There is also a lift in the complex which makes it accessible for wheelchairs.
