This family friendly 3-bedroom, ground floor apartment is situated directly on Ballito’s Grannies Pool. The undercover patio leads onto a level lawn area with uninterrupted sea views and gate access to the beach. 

There is a king size bed in the main bedroom which is en-suite with a bath and toilet. The second bedroom has two ¾ beds and the third bedroom has a double bed, with a single bunk bed and a pull-out single bed which will be suitable for a child, comfortably sleeping 8 people. All the bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms.  The second bathroom has a shower and toilet. 

The open plan kitchen and lounge/dining room is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery.  There are also a washing machine and dishwasher and fridge/freezer in the kitchen and a second fridge in the lounge for extras. There is a safe in the unit for your use. 

The lounge has a Smart TV, DSTV Now and Netflix, you can also log into your own account with the free WiFi. There is a stainless-steel braai available for your use on the spacious furnished patio as well as an enclosed outside shower.  There is a shower against the boundary wall which is for washing off any sand before entering the unit when coming back from the beach.  The unit does have an alarm system. 

One open parking right in front of the unit and one undercover parking (not suitable for large vehicles) is available to you.  There is a 3rd bay at the top where you enter the complex for your use.  Please Park in No. 2 only. 

KINDLY NOTE THAT THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. 

This complex does not have a swimming pool. 

A daily service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Quality linen and bath towels will be provided but please bring your kitchen towels & beach towels.
