Distant sea view, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, 2nd floor, braai, pool.This three-bedroom first floor apartment is situated right on the beach with distant sea views from your large patio. The well-known grannies pool is in front of the block, where it is safe for children to swim.
The apartment sleeps six people the 1st and 2nd bedrooms have double beds and the 33rd bedroom has single beds. There are two bathrooms, each with a large walk-in shower/toilet and basin. The main bedroom open onto the patio. There are ceiling fans throughout all the bedrooms.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, iron, crockery and cutlery. There will be a portable gas plate and whistle kettle for loadshedding. The dining room/lounge area has TV with HP DSTV and uncapped Wi-Fi. The lounge opens onto the furnished patio with a gas braai.
A lock up garage is available for your use. The complex has a swimming pool, as well as communal braai facilities.
