The stunning open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan and iron. The lounge with a smart TV and un-capped WiFi, also leads out onto the comfortable furnished balcony with a weber braai. There is garage for one vehicle only. The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access gates. You will always want to come back to this apartment.
