Description

This apartment is situated right on the beach close to Clark’s Bay with a huge furnished balcony and a built in braai. It is very private with lovely sea views from the main bedroom, lounge as well as balcony. 

The apartment has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has three single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, toilet and basin and the other with a shower, toilet and basin. Ceiling fans throughout the unit. 

The lounge, dining room, and kitchen are all open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is a TV with HP DSTV in the lounge. 

There is a lockup garage below the apartment and open parking for visitors. Two flights of stairs to the apartment make it unsuitable for toddlers and wheel chairs. 

The La Mer block is situated within walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and other convenience stores.  There is a lockup garage available for your use, as well as extra open parking for visitors. The complex is secured with remote controlled access gate.  

Please note this is a no-smoking unit. 

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
