This luxury 1st floor, two-bedroom apartment is situated in one of the most sought-after complexes in Ballito. The unit boasts amazing breaker sea views and is only 20 meters from a swimming beach that is shark net protected and has lifeguards on duty. 

The apartment sleeps four people in one queen- and two single beds. The main bedroom en suite bathroom has shower, and the bedroom opens onto the balcony with sea views. A second bathroom (shower) services the other bedroom. Both bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery to serve four people. There are a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The spacious dining room/lounge area also leads out onto the large well-furnished balcony.  In the dining room area is a four-seater dining room. The lounge has a smart TV, uncapped Wi-Fi with DSTV.

In addition, the complex boasts a beautiful communal swimming pool set in this well-maintained garden, with communal braai facilities. The units are also easily accessible by wheelchairs as the complex does have elevators. There is a reserved undercover parking bay available for your use. The unit is not recommended for small children as it does not have a bath.

Please note that for security reasons the gate remotes will not work after 10PM in the evenings until 6AM in the mornings. If you need access through the gate and the guard is not visible his cell phone number is on the gate.  Kindly contact him to gain access after hours.

A full daily floor service, Monday – Saturday, is included in the rate excluding public holidays.

Linen, beach- and bath towels will be provided, please bring your kitchen towels.
