103 Manor View is a luxurious 3-bedroom apartment in the secure beachfront development, Ballito Manor. Situated on the ground floor, this unit leads out onto a large patio with beautifully landscaped gardens and a pool. 

The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a hairdryer for your convenience, the en-suite has a bath and shower, and leads out onto the patio area with a sea view. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds. There is a 2nd bathroom that services these 2 rooms with a bath and shower. All bedrooms have pre-paid air-conditioning and there are ceiling fans throughout the unit. The apartment is also equipped with a dehumidifier. 

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, air fryer, all to make self-catering a breeze. The open plan living area, with fan leads through sliding doors onto the well-furnished patio with gas braai. In the dining area a six-seater dining table provides a comfortable dinner nook. The lounge has a TV and HP DSTV as well as uncapped Wi-Fi. There is also a small storage space where you can pack away the beach equipment, as well as an electronic safe for your valuables.

The communal swimming pool with a clubhouse also has braai facilities.
