This ground floor, 4-bedroom apartment is situated in a secure complex on the sea front alongside a 2 km promenade with full sea views.

The apartment accommodates 7 people with a king-size bed in the main bedroom and en-suite bath and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen size bed. There are 2 more bathrooms with showers. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. There are emergency globes in each bedroom side lamp and in the lounge should loadshedding occur in the evening.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, ice machine, stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The spacious dining room/lounge area has a TV & HP DSTV and leads through a sliding door onto a huge patio with a weber braai, patio furniture (seating for 10) and an umbrella. There is an exclusive-use courtyard area with seating.

The complex has a communal swimming pool, and there is an open parking area. The Complex also has an inverter for lights and the electric fence in the case of loadshedding. Gate access is by remote control. The apartment is burglar proofed with Trellidoor security gates and an alarm system. Regret no smoking or pets allowed and a minimum stay of 3 days required.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen and bath towels will be provided please bring your own dish & beach towels.
