This modern ground floor unit leads out onto a lawn and is situated directly on the Grannies Pool, with uninterrupted access to the beach from the spacious wooden patio.
There is queen size bed in the main bedroom, a double with a single bunk in the 3rd bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, offering a bath in the en suite and a bath and shower in the 2nd bathroom. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
The open plan kitchen and lounge/dining room is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery for six people as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a TV with HP DSTV in the lounge. There is a portable braai on the furnished patio.
There is a lockup garage for one vehicle, as well as an extra parking for guests in the complex.
A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your own dish towels, bath towels & beach towels.
