Description

This ground floor, three bedroom is situated right on the main Willard swimming beach of Ballito, with exclusive use front garden with a concrete table and seats in addition to an aluminium patio table and chairs. The unit has breaker views, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores.  It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.  

The main bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom with bath and shower, and leads out onto a patio. The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. In addition to air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms, there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, as well as in the lounge and the kitchen (there is no air-conditioning in the lounge).  There is also a small lock up safe which is available for your use.

The apartment is equipped with a stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, snackwicher, iron, crockery and cutlery to serve 6 people.  The lounge has TV and HP DSTV, which is extended to the main bedroom for viewing and leads out onto a furnished patio which also has a stainless steel braai. The unit is secured with trellidoors, and and alarm for patio and sea facing window movement detection has a backup generator in case of emergencies.

There is undercover parking for one vehicle only.  The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access gates.  You will always want to come back to this apartment. Please note this in a non-smoking unit. 

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your own kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.

PLEASE NOTE – This unit is serviced by “In House / Complex” cleaners. They do not wash dishes or make the beds.
