This luxury ground floor entrance, 1stfloor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is situated in a sought-after complex in Ballito and has amazing breaker sea-views, overlooking the swimming pool and well-maintained gardens. The complex is only 20 meters from a swimming beach that has shark nets and lifeguards on duty and is situated on the 3km long promenade that is safe for scenic strolls.

This recently renovated apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, is en-suite with a bath and leads onto the balcony through a sliding door. The 2ndbedroom has a queen-size bed with a sliding door opening onto the balcony. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds. There is a 2nd bathroom with a shower servicing these two bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as the lounge/dining room area.

The balcony spans from the lounge to 2 of the bedrooms and is well-furnished with a 6-seater patio set as well as a built-in counter/pub area.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, combination washing machine, dishwasher (all modern and new) microwave, toaster, kettle, good quality cutlery and crockery to serve six people. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a HD SMART TV & DSTV. An inverter system with batteries is installed to powers the TV, decoder and WIFI (for periods of approximately 6 – 8 hours) when power outages may occur. Additionally, battery-operated mobile lanterns are available.

Undercover parking for one vehicle is available, as well as open parking for visitors and trailers in this secure complex. There are communal charcoal braai facilities at the swimming pool.

A daily cleaning service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own dish cloths and beach towels.
