This neatly furnished three-bedroom duplex apartment is situated in the popular The Boulders complex on the Ballito beachfront. There are excellent beach and sea views from the lounge, main and second bedroom. There is a weber braai for your convenience.

This unit can comfortably sleep 8 people. The apartment consists of three bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom with a king size bed is en suite with a bath and shower. A second bathroom with a shower, services the other two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (also sea facing) and leading onto a small balcony, and the third with 4 single beds in a bunk layout.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The open plan dining room and lounge is downstairs, leading through sliding doors (with trellidoors), onto the patio with braai facilities. It is stylishly furnished and has a Smart TV in the lounge and second bedroom with DSTV and un-capped Wi-Fi. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, as well as in the lounge. There is a guest toilet with a basin downstairs.
