Description

This modern 1st floor apartment is situated in a very popular complex on the promenade with full beach and breaker views.  

The apartment accommodates 7 people in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom with air conditioning has a king size bed and  en-suite bathroom with a big walk-in shower and bath. Stack doors open onto the well-furnished balcony with a Webber braai and a beautiful view of the beach. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has one single and a set of bunk beds.  Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are en-suite with walk-in showers.

The modern open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove with a gas top, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery, and cutlery. The spacious well-furnished dining room/lounge area has a smart TV with HP DSTV, fast Un-caped Wi-Fi and leads through stack doors onto the patio as well.

The lounge and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a communal swimming pool in the complex and undercover parking for one car and one open reserved parking for guests. 

No smoking and no pets allowed.

A daily service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own kitchen towels and beach towels.
