The complex with only 10 units is located on the 3km beachfront promenade, ideal for walks, jogs, angling and walkable distance to the main Willard beach and seafront restaurants. The complex is fenced and access controlled. It has a communal swimming pool with a shallow end, ideal for toddlers. Covered parking for 1 car as well as additional parking for guests.

This lovely apartment sleeps 2-9 guests and has entrances on two levels, with the kitchen and living area and two bedrooms upstairs as well as the large sea facing patio. 

Upstairs: The main bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower and opens onto the sea facing patio. The second bedroom has two single beds, an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a small balcony facing the Ballito hills. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area are also upstairs and open up to the spacious patio. Second entrance off the kitchen.

Downstairs: Two further bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other with 3 single beds. Sharing a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Main entrance located downstairs with covered stairs.

Three of the four bedrooms have air conditioning and all the bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, stove, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. 

The comfortable lounge offers a Smart TV with HP DSTV and uncapped WI-FI and opens up onto a large partially covered patio, furnished with sun loungers, outdoor dining set and an all important charcoal BBQ/Braai.
