This luxury four-bedroom duplex apartment is situated on Clarke Bay, a very popular protected swimming beach with lifeguards. There is also a lovely tidal pool close by. 

The apartment has one bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs you have the main bedroom with a King size bed and two more bedrooms. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the third bedroom have two single beds. Upstairs there are 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with a bath and shower in the bath, and another shared bathroom with a shower. The unit has ceiling fans throughout. 

Downstairs the unit has an open plan lounge / dining room which leads out onto the patio and lawn. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door fridge/freezer, stove microwave oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, ample crockery and cutlery. There is a TV with HP DSTV in the lounge. 

There is a built-in braai and Weber charcoal braai on the furnished patio. There is a lockable garage and open parking for visitors. Simbalina is situated within walking distance of shop, pubs and restaurants and has a fenced communal pool. The complex is very secure with electric gates.
