Description

This luxury four bedroom duplex apartment is situated on Clarke Bay, a very popular protected swimming beach with lifeguards. There is also a lovely tidal pool close by.

The apartment has one bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds and an on suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs you have the main bedroom with a King size bed and two more bedrooms one with a Queen and one has two single beds. Upstairs are 2 bathrooms, one en suite with a bath and shower in the bath, and another shared bathroom with a shower. The unit has ceiling fans throughout.

Downstairs the unit has an open plan lounge / dining room which leads out onto the patio and lawn. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door fridge/freezer, stove microwave oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, ample crockery and cutlery. There is a TV with HP DSTV in the lounge. The patio area leads directly onto the beach, but is fenced for security. There is a built in braai, gas braai and additional Weber Charcoal braai on the furnished patio.

There is a lockable garage and open parking for visitors. Simbalina is situated within walking distance of shop, pubs and restaurants and has a fenced communal pool. The complex is very secure with electric gates.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your own dish towels, bath towels & beach towels.
