This renovated luxury apartment is situated directly on the beach (Grannies Pool), with uninterrupted views of the ocean and beach from the spacious patio.

The unit has a 1st floor entrance and sleeps seven people in three bedrooms. The main bedroom and second bedroom are both furnished with queen sized beds, both with en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a double bed, as well as a single bunk bed. There are 3 bathrooms, two en suite and one guest bathroom. The main en suite has a shower and bath. The second bedroom has an en suite with shower and toilet and the third guest bathroom has a shower.

The large open plan kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery for seven people.

There is a plasma TV with HP DSTV in the lounge and the unit has 2MB uncapped WIFI. There is a stainless steel braai on the well furnished patio.

Covered parking is available for one vehicle, and there is extra parking for guests. There is a swimming pool in the complex, which is surrounded by an electric security wall/fence.

There is no lift in the complex.
