Description

This lovely, fully air-conditioned apartment is situated on the ground floor in a very popular complex on the Ballito beachfront. The level lawn area and fenced swimming pool directly in front of the apartment make it ideal for families with small children. The Clarke Bay swimming beach is directly in front of the complex and is protected by shark nets and lifeguards, and there is also a tidal pool is close by. This unit overlooks the complex's swimming pool and the ocean.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms. There is a double bed in the main, 2 single beds in the second bedroom and another double in the third. There is a main bathroom with a bath, a second bathroom with a shower and a third guest toilet. The main bedroom and lounge open through sliding doors onto a covered patio and the garden.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave, crockery and cutlery. There is a Smart TV with full DSTV, uncapped fibre and air- conditioning in all the bedrooms.

The Sandpiper Bay complex is within minute’s walk of a shops, restaurants and pubs. The complex is secured with remote controlled gates, and there is under cover parking available for your use and a communal braai area.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.
