This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom is right on the beach in front of the well-known “Grannies’ Pool” kids swimming beach and has spectacular, full beach and breaker sea views. The complex is located on the 3km long promenade that is ideal for scenic strolls along the beach. 

There is a king size-bed in the main bedroom, which has a modern en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the 3rd has a tri-bunk bed (a double bed with a single bunk). The second bathroom with shower services these bedrooms and a 3rd guest bathroom with toilet and basin. There are ceiling fans throughout except for the 3rd bedroom, but there are aircons in all the bedrooms. There is a small safe in the unit for your convenience. 

The spacious, open plan kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, extra chest freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as crockery and cutlery for 7 people. There’s a TV and HP DSTV in the lounge. The unit is secured with an easy-to-operate alarm system. The large partially covered furnished balcony has fantastic, uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean. There’s a Webber and gas braai. 

Covered parking is available for one vehicle. The complex has no lift but has a swimming pool with shallow-end partitioning ideal for kids. 

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
