Description

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex with side sea views is situated right on the beach and close to Clarke Bay, a popular swimming beach with shark nets and lifeguards on duty.

Upstairs there is 3 bedrooms, 2 of which open onto a wooden balcony with side sea view.

The main and 2nd bedrooms both have a queen-size bed & the 3rd bedroom 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower while the downstairs bathroom has a shower and doubles as a guest bathroom.

The comfortably furnished downstairs open-plan lounge and dining room has a 8-seater dining room table and leads onto a furnished covered patio with it’s own charcoal braai, small garden and direct beach access. The unit has a TV with HP DSTV but no WiFi.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove with, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.

The front of the apartment is secured with burglar proofing and “trellidoor” security gates. The back of the complex is enclosed and secured with remote controlled gates and your unit includes one covered parking bay at the back door and a private dry yard with washing line, outdoor shower and storeroom for sandy beach wear.

A full daily service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your own bath- beach- & kitchen towels.
