This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex with side sea views is situated right on the beach and close to Clarke Bay, a popular swimming beach with shark nets and lifeguards on duty.

The upstairs section of the apartment consists of three bedrooms, two of them opening onto a wooden balcony. Both the Main and 2nd bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower, while the downstairs bathroom has a shower and doubles as a guest bathroom. The open-plan downstairs section consists of a comfortably furnished lounge and dining room leading onto a furnished covered patio with its own charcoal braai, small garden and direct beach access. The lounge has a TV with hp DSTV and there is a 6-seater dining room table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove with 5 burners, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.

The front of the apartment is secured with burglar proofing and ?trellidoor? security gates. The back of the complex is enclosed and secured with remote controlled gates where your unit includes one covered parking bay at the back door and a private dry-yard with washing line, outdoor shower and storeroom.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.
