Description

This 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom family house with a swimming pool is situated in Ballito about 200 meters from the beach. It is within walking distance from the “Ballito Village” with restaurants and shops. It is the ideal holiday home for families and friends to take some time out of their busy schedules to relax. 

The Main bedroom has a queen size bed, with an en-suite bathroom consisting of a shower and a bath. It opens with a sliding door to the pool area.  The 2nd  and 3rd bedrooms each have double beds and is serviced by a second bathroom with a shower and a bath. All 3 bedrooms lead to a family room with two sleeper couches for kids.

There is open plan kitchen, dining room and well-furnished lounge with TV and DSTV open with sliding doors onto the stoep/balcony. 

The unit is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster and ample crockery and cutlery. There is a braai area at the back of the house next to the swimming pool. 

A solar system with an 8KW inverter will ensure that you are never in the dark. There is a double under cover parking with an easy-to-use alarm system with armed response. The house is fenced with a remote-controlled gate
