Description

6 Le Roc is a perfect family holiday unit on the famous Grannies Pool. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment is situated on the first floor with only 5 steps and is right on the beach in front of the well-known “Grannies’ Pool” kids swimming beach and has spectacular, full beach and breaker sea views. The complex is located on the 3km long promenade that is ideal for scenic strolls along the beach. 

The main bedroom has queen-size bed and opens onto the patio. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds in each, making the unit sleep 6 people in total. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath, hand shower and toilet, a second bathroom with shower and basin and a separate guest toilet with a basin. 

The kitchen and lounge/dining room is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery for 6 people. There is also a tumble dryer in the dining room area. The unit is equipped with HP DSTV and Wifi. The partially covered patio is furnished and has a braai. 

Covered parking is available for one vehicle as well as extra parking for guests. The complex has no lift but has a swimming pool with shallow-end partitioning ideal for kids. 

A daily service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your own kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
