Being on the top floor, (with one and a half flights of stairs) on the northern side of the building, both bedrooms get sunshine during the winter afternoons. Stack doors leads out onto a balcony with beautiful breaker sea views and a gas-braai.
The open plan kitchen and lounge is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, mini-dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery. There is a smart TV with fast uncapped fibre.
The beautifully decorated apartment has two bedrooms both with ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two beds. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 people. The unit has one bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.
There is one reserved undercover parking bay. The complex swimming pool and communal braai facilities are at the top end of the complex, which is across the road.
