It is within walking distance to a supermarket, shops and restaurants and direct access to the popular Willard Beach and 3km promenade, which is perfect for morning and afternoon strolls.
The apartment has 3 very generous bedrooms with a king size extra length bed in the main bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 3 single beds in the 3rd bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms with bath and shower and a guest toilet for optimum convenience. Mixer taps are fitted to all bath, toilet and kitchen sinks, baths, and showers. Each bedroom, lounge and dining area have ceiling mounted fans. Each door has magnetic fittings to prevent door slamming.
The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, large door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, which also has a drying cycle, 4 slice toaster and a microwave oven. The spacious and well-furnished lounge has a large screen Smart TV with HP DSTV.
