Description

This luxury four-bedroom duplex apartment is situated on Clarke Bay, a very popular protected swimming beach in Ballito. Simbalina is situated within walking distance of a lovely tidal pool, shop, pubs and restaurants and has a fenced communal pool.

 The apartment has four bedrooms, one downstairs with a double bed and an on-suite bathroom with shower.  The other bedrooms are upstairs. The main bedroom with a King size bed is en-suite with a shower, while the other 2 bedrooms has a Queen and two single beds respectively.

These 2 bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom with a bath and shower. All 4 bedrooms has ceiling fans, air-conditioners and TV’s. Upstairs on the landing is a coffee bar for your convenience.

Downstairs the apartment has an open plan living area comfortably furnished with comfortable couches and large smart TV where you can steam DSTV Now, Netflix and there is also Waka TV. The lounge opens with stack doors onto the covered patio with a gas braai and fixed marble table. The unit has uncapped Wi-Fi as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door fridge/freezer, stove microwave oven, air fryer, toaster and kettle. Off the kitchen is a fitted bar area that also leads out onto the patio.

This unit is powered by solar energy with more than enough backup power storage. There is also clean water storage for 3 days, that will auto-connect if the municipal feed fails.

Laundry services can be provided by Octavia who service the apartment, just supply your detergent. One covered parking and 1 open parking is available for your use. The complex is secured with electric gates. 

A daily service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own dish towels & beach towels.

There is a R1,000 refundable breakage fee.
