This Luxury two-bedroom apartment is situated on the main swimming beach in Ballito. The unit has stunning beach- and breaker views and is across the road from the revamped Ballito Steps Shopping Centre.  It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls. It accommodates 4 guests spaciously.

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds, both have excellent sea views and lead out onto the side balcony.  There is an aircon in the main bedroom only. There are two separate bathrooms, both with basin, shower, and toilet. The lounge, kitchen and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans, as well as an air conditioner in the lounge/kitchen area. Quality linen and furnishings throughout the unit ensure a comfortable stay.

The comfortably furnished open plan lounge and dining room area leads onto a furnished balcony, where a six-seater patio dining table and 3-piece lounge set makes entertaining a breeze.

 There is a smart TV in the lounge with 100Mbps uncapped WIFI available with access to Disney+ and DSTV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine/ tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery. There is UPS power backup for Wi-Fi and TV. The main bedroom has backup bedside lights during loadshedding.

The complex has a lovely pool area with a lawn and communal braai. Basement parking is available for 1 vehicle with an additional open parking for guests. Access to the complex is by remote controlled gates. Access to the beach is via an electronic pedestrian gate.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. 

Linen will be provided but please bring your own bath & beach towels.
