This luxury two-bedroom apartment is situated on the main swimming beach in Ballito. The unit has stunning beach and breaker views and is across the road from the revamped Ballito Steps Shopping Centre.  It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls. It accommodates 4 guests spaciously. 

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds, both with excellent sea views and lead out onto the side wrap-around balcony.  Both bedrooms have one-way glass so nobody can see into the room during the day.  There are two separate bathrooms, both with basin, shower and toilet. The lounge, kitchen and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans, as well as an air conditioner in the main bedroom and lounge/kitchen area. 

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine/ tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery.  Quality linen and furnishings throughout the unit ensure a comfortable stay. 

There is 6 to 8 hours UPS power backup for Wi-Fi, TV, lights, fridge and all ceiling fans. 

The comfortable open plan lounge and dining room area leads onto a balcony, where a six-seater patio dining table and 3-piece lounge set with a large gas braai makes entertaining a breeze. 

There is a smart TV in the lounge with 100Mbps uncapped WIFI available with access to various online streaming platforms. A small library and variety of games are available for rainy days. 

The complex has a lovely pool area with a lawn and communal braai. Basement parking is available for 1 vehicle with an additional open parking space for guests. Access to the complex is by remote controlled gates and to the beach via an electronic pedestrian gate.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. 

Linen will be provided but please bring your own bath & beach towels.
