This modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor unit is right on the beach on the well-known “Grannies’ Pool”, full beach and breaker sea views. The complex is located on the 3km long promenade that is ideal for scenic strolls along the beach. 

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bath. The second bedroom includes a double bed, as well as a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a three-quarter bed on the top bunk. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds.The 2nd bathroom has as spacious shower, toilet and a modern washbasin. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as two de-humidifiers. 

The open-plan kitchen and spacious lounge/dining room with modern furnishings, have fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, air-fryer, snackwitch maker, crockery and cutlery. There is also a dishwasher, tumble dryer and a washing machine. There is a smart TV with DSTV and uncapped Wi-Fi in the lounge.

 There is a charcoal braai on the partially covered patio which has comfortable wooden patio furniture leading to the garden. The complex is fenced and access-controlled and the apartment has an alarm system. Covered parking is available for one vehicle as well as extra parking for guests. The complex has a swimming pool with shallow-end partitioning ideal for kids. 

There are a daily full service, except on Sunday’s and Public Holidays. 

Linen and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
