Description

This 3-bedroom duplex with sea views is situated right on the beach and Clarke Bay, a popular swimming beach with shark nets and on duty lifeguards.

The top section of the apartment consists of three bedrooms, two of which open onto a small balcony. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and is en-suite with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed while the third bedroom have two single beds. These two bedrooms are serviced by a 2nd bathroom with a bath. There is a safe in the main bedroom for your valuables. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, lounge and dining-room area.

The lower section consists of an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery for 6 people. There is a TV with HP DSTV and uncapped fibre in the lounge, which opens onto the furnished veranda, where there is a grassy area, and its own stainless-steel braai.

There is a lock up garage available for one vehicle and the apartment is secured with burglar proofing as well as trellidors.

The complex itself is secured with remote controlled gates.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen will be provided, please bring your kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
