Description

This comfortably furnished, three bedroom apartment, is situated right on the main swimming beach of Ballito. The unit has breaker sea views, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.

The main bedroom has a queen bed that leads out onto the balcony and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has bunk beds, and the third two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, deep freezer, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan and iron. The lounge with TV and HP DSTV, also leads out onto the furnished balcony with a weber braai. The dining room table seats six, crockery and cutlery is provided. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. The unit has un-capped Wifi.

There is undercover parking for one vehicle only. The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access gates. You will always want to come back to this apartment.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

For weekend bookings there will be no floor services on the Saturday. Linen will be provided, please bring your own bath-, beach-, and kitchen towels.
