This ground floor air-conditioned bachelor unit has its own enclosed patio with a portable braai and is very private. You are on the Clark Bay beach with lifeguards. The complex is situated on the 3 km long promenade that is safe for long morning or afternoon strolls. 

The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and hob, bar-fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary cutlery and crockery to serve two people.  There is also a washing/dryer machine combo in the unit. There is a normal double bed. The unit has a 39” inch smart TV with NO DSTV connection but with 5MB/sec uncapped WIFI to connect your own Netflix / DSTV Now. The bathroom consists of a basin, toilet and a shower. 

There is garage for 1 vehicle plus open parking for visitors in this secure complex. 

A daily service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your own bath-, beach and kitchen towels.
