This one-and-a-half-bedroom load-shed friendly holiday apartment could not be better situated being walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores, and is just a stroll across the road from Ballitos main swimming beach. Being on the 13th floor you will be able to enjoy beautiful sea views.

The apartment sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms, one double bed and a bunk bed. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The lounge has a TV with HP DSTV and fiber.

A backup power solution will power the entire apartment for several hours during load shedding (apart from the stove and geyser).

There is a marked basement parking available for one vehicle. The complex has two swimming pools (one for toddlers). The big lawn is ideal for children to play while enjoying the communal braai facilities. The complex is secured with remote control accessed gates.

Regretfully, no daily service.

Linen will be provided, please bring your kitchen towels, bath towels & beach towels.
