DESCRIPTION
This spacious 3rd floor penthouse apartment is situated in a very popular complex on the promenade with full breaker and beach views.
The apartment accommodates 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, with an en-suite bath and shower and open onto the front balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. The 4th bedroom is a loft area that leads out of the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for older children. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom with a shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom also leads onto a balcony facing inland and is ideal for windy days or just to “trap” the afternoon sun. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. The spacious dining room/lounge area has a TV with HP DSTV and leads through a sliding door onto a huge semi enclosed patio with outside table and chairs and weber braai.
The lounge, dining room and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is a communal swimming pool in the complex and undercover parking for two cars.
