This 1^st floor apartment is situated right on the beach with magnificent beach and sea views. The complex is situated on the 3 km long promenade which is safe for long morning or afternoon strolls.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms of which both has a bath and overhead shower.  The main bedroom, with a queen size bed, leads onto the patio through a sliding door.  Both the 2^nd and 3^rd bedrooms have two single beds each. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, as well as in the lounge area.

The kitchen with a big island dining room area and is equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and good quality cutlery and crockery to serve six people.  There is a comfortably furnished lounge with a smart TV and Wi-Fi where you can stream DSTV Now with your own log in details.

Undercover parking for one vehicle on the same level as the apartment as well as open parking for visitors and trailers in this secure complex. Communal braai facilities are at the swimming pool.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own dish towels & beach towels.
