Enjoy a relaxing beachfront stay in this comfortable three-bedroom ground floor apartment, ideally positioned with uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean. Located directly in front of the popular Granny's Pool. 

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests with one queen-size bed and four three-quarter beds. All three bedrooms, as well as the lounge, dining area and kitchen, are air-conditioned for year-round comfort.

There are two bathrooms. The main en-suite bathroom features a shower over the bath, while the second bathroom has a walk-in shower. 

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, crockery and cutlery. The dining and lounge area opens onto a furnished patio with a Weber gas braai, leading directly onto the lawn and beach through a security gate. 

For entertainment and connectivity, the apartment offers a Smart TV with HD DStv and uncapped fibre Wi-Fi. A 5kVA backup inverter provides power during electrical outages for the lights, fridge, TV and Wi-Fi (please note that the air conditioners and stove are not connected to the backup system). 

Additional features include a single garage for secure parking. Guests also have access to the complex's communal swimming pool and braai facilities.

A daily service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen and bath towels will be provided please bring your own kitchen- and beach towels.
