This 1st floor apartment is right on the sea between the main beach and the well-known Grannies pool where it is very safe for children to swim. The unit has beautiful sea views from the lounge and two of the bedrooms.

There is a full inverter that runs everything except the stove and geyser.

The apartment sleeps six people in three bedrooms, the main bedroom is en suite with a bath and shower, and has a Queen bed, the second bedroom also has a double bed and private balcony, and the third bedroom has two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower service the two other bedrooms.

The newly renovated open plan kitchen is well equipped with stove, fridge/freezer and microwave, dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. The comfortably furnished lounge and dining room opens onto the balcony. There is TV with HP DSTV as well as a ceiling fan in the lounge.

There is a communal braai area in the complex garden and a Gas Braai for the unit. There is undercover parking for one vehicle and open parking for guests. Access to the complex is by remote control. The unit also has uncapped wifi.

A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.

Linen and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own dish towels & beach towels.
