This spacious 1st floor 3-bedroom apartment is situated in a very secure and popular complex on the Ballito beachfront. Although being on the 1st floor you have a ground floor entrance that is level with your reserved undercover parking and communal swimming pool. Clarke Bay beach is directly in front of the complex, where you have lifeguards on duty, as well as it being shark net protected. The unit has excellent beach and sea views from the lounge and main bedroom. The large well-furnished patio with a webber braai. Half of this is under cover.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms. The main bedroom, with a queen size bed and a TV shared with an en-suite and shower. The second bedroom have two single beds and the 3rd bedroom got a queen size bed and both is serviced by a second bathroom with a bath and toilet. All bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, oven and stove, double door fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The lounge and dining room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and HP DSTV with an inverter that will feed these for about 6 hours.

The Dolphin Bay complex is within minutes' walk of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a lovely swimming pool in this secure complex, and access is by remote controlled gates.

A full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.
