Description

This pet friendly 4 bedroom, 2-and-a-half-bathroom house with distant sea views from the top balcony and a swimming pool is situated in Salt Rock about 400 meters from the beach. It is the ideal holiday home for families and friends to take some time out of their busy schedules to relax.

The main bedroom has a King size bed and a small patio leading out to the swimming pool area, with an en-suite bathroom consisting of a shower and a bath. The 2^nd bedroom has a 2 times ¾ beds. The 3rd bedroom has a one bunk bed (a double and a single on top). The 4^th bedroom has a ¾ bed and these three bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom consisting of a bath and shower.  All the bedrooms have ceiling fans but not the one with the bunk bed. There is also a toilet and a basin upstairs.

The kitchen and living area are upstairs.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Crockery and cutlery to accommodate 8 people. There is also a gas braai on the patio and a charcoal braai by the swimming pool area.

This open plan dining room and lounge area is air-conditioned.

The lounge has a Smart TV with free WIFI, Dstv and Netflix. This lead out on to an in-closed balcony where there is also table tennis for added entertainment.  There is a garage for 1 vehicle as well as open parking in the yard. There is an easy-to-use alarm system with armed response.

Optional daily cleaning service available after 12am with Zethu at R250/day and James come in to clean braai areas, garden and swimming pool etc 3 days per week.

Linen and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own dish towels & beach towels.
